Having completed the Project Academy, you will have the knowledge and skills to:

  • Adhere to phases, decision points, and requirements in a project model
  • Organize the project, define roles and responsibilities, and establish efficient teams
  • Plan the project, and establish a project plan
  • Follow-up progress, report and communicate
  • Manage scope, quality, time, and cost
  • Manage risks, deviations, changes, and stakeholders 
  • Close the project and prepare for benefits realization
The e-learning modules are based on the micro-learning principles: 
  • Short and compact
  • Visual and engaging – videos, animations, and interactive challenging tasks
  • Inspiring, fun, and entertaining 
  • Look, listen and do. Not much reading
Each e-learning course module will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete. Who said that learning needs to be boring?

Explore the power of project management
The Project Academy is an international training and development program in project management accredited and certified by PMI (Project Management Institute, USA), and DNV (DNV Certified Learning Programme ST-0008). If you have the PMP certification from PMI you will gain 60 PDUs. 

Once you have completed the five e-learning modules and passed the certification test you will achieve the "Professional project management certificate". 

The Project Academy is designed, developed, and tested in cooperation with:
  • Many project-intensive organizations and their project management staff
  • Project management and project governance subject matter experts
  • Learning and e-learning specialists
